Starting cooking from long times back. But today just take a
good time to have my own blog..

Fried potato with spicy mayo recipe
Prepare:-
Potatoes cut cube / deep fried
3 color pepper as like
Prepare: spicy mayo dressing
Plain mayo 20
gm
Sriracha chili sauce 10
gm
Lemon juice 5 gm
Sugar 5 gm
Salt for just sprinkle
How to make it:-
1.
Clean potatoes and cut cube
as like, and then bring potato fried in hot oil. Start with medium fire until
potato cooked. Then add to high fire to make potatoes golden brown color. Keep
a side.
2.
In small hot pan. Add
little oil then add pepper sauté for few second. Before remove sprinkle little
salt.
3.
For spicy mayo dressing.
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl then mix well. Taste as you like.
4.
In a mixing bowl add fried
potato and pepper. Mix all together, ready to eat..yummy..
